Aloe Activator (liquid) is a 100% pure solution prepared from the pure gel extracted from mature Aloe Vera leaves, Stabilized* (and standardized) to preserve the full potency of the fresh gel for an extended period of time in excess of five years.
Doctors and laymen use it topically for a variety of dermatological conditions such as dermatosis, chronic ulcerous conditions, acute injuries to skin, muscles, tendons, and joints, arthritic manifestations, allergic reactions, bacterial, viral and fungal infections of the skin and body cavities, thermal radiation and chemical burns, pre and post surgical trauma, nonpoisonous insect bites, and other conditions involving pruritus, pain, soreness, swelling, inflammation, necrosis, muscle spasm or pathological conditions.

We will itemize the uses to which the gel has been applied and has achieved a measure of success. Though the list may seem long, it is by no means complete. It can only act as a guide to concerned professionals and laymen as to some of the possible uses. In that spectrum of uses, Aloe Activator is indicated for topical applications in the following conditions:
Repeating the principles briefly upon which Aloe Activator works, we know it has an impressive list of healing agents and nutrients such as a majority of the basic amino acid complex to complement the body's own mechanisms, as well as incredible penetrating power, proteolytic enzymatic activity, and an almost mystical predilection for rebuilding wounded tissue in normal healthy regenerative fashion. Bacteriological reports confirm that our Aloe Activator is in fact bactericidal, virucidal, moniliacidal, and fungicidal. Amazingly enough it is able to accomplish this without contraindications or side-effects.
Aloe Activator and its offspring compounds are highly effective in treating similar conditions. The reason we market such a variety of products is that although almost every product could be used for a particular condition, having a variety of mediums allows the professional and the layman the choice of a product (drink, gel, lotion, liniment, creme, liquid) that is especially convenient and effective for the particular condition they are treating.
** All indications are the results of physicians' and trainers' reports and clinical findings.
The first step in the treatment of all topical or surface conditions is always to cleanse the treatment area to minimize the possibility of introducing pathogens or allergens. This is imperative, not simply because it is good hygienic practice, but because of the strong penetrating and conducting power of Coats Stabilized* Aloe Vera products.
When using Aloe Activator topically, wrap or cover the involved area with gauze and keep the gauze saturated by a drip or similarly appropriate treatment at least thirty minutes each treatment.** If the treatment area lies within a body cavity (i.e. vaginal treatments), irrigation and/or retention techniques may apply followed by a creme or gelly containing Aloe Activator if available.
For systemic or internal dysfunctions, doctors recomment doses of one ounce four times a day. Aloe Vera Juice, a slightly less refined form of Aloe Activator, is specially modified for internal use with a lemon flavoring to help make it more palatable, though we emphasize that none of the original Stabilization* formula has been modified. In most cases dosage procedures are recommended to be repeated no less than four times daily. In more severe cases, however, more frequent or continuous procedures should be considered. Remember, no product made by Aloe Vera of America for medical use exhibits any known contraindications or related toxicity; so (in mose cases) they may be used with impunity.
When swelling or other considerations call for cold, ice packs may be applied over the area, or one-third volume crushed ice may be added directly to the Aloe Activator where submersion of the involved area is feasible.
There are no known contraindications for either Aloe Activator or Aloe Vera Juice.
Once again, due to the penetrating effects of Aloe Activator, the area of application should be cleansed thoroughly of anything that should not be carried through the skin. Additionally, no Coats Aloe Vera product is recommended for deep puncture wounds.
To be sure, in the case of any deep puncture wound, the first thing that needs to be done for the person receiving treatment is to check with a doctor to determine if a tetanus booster is needed.
** Within five minutes of application, the Activator has penetrated without the wrap. The wrap is only there to help the healing effects of the penetration continue to incubate.
